RAYMOND JOHNSON - Principal Director
Ray Johnson was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Count of Queensland in 1976. He became Managing Partner of the Brisbane Office of Johnsons in 1980. He now practises from Johnsons Solicitors & Attorneys Gold Coast. Ray has successfully practised in a range of areas and has extensive experience in the fields of commercial and property law as well as wills and estates. Throughout his years of practice Ray has formed many notable connections becoming well-renowned in his areas of practice. Ray has instructed in all jurisdictions, including matters before the High Court of Australia and the Privy Council in London.

Since that time he has practised successfully in a wide range of areas of law including commercial property development and all areas of business and financial law, as well as commercial and civil litigation. In addition to his local clientele he has provided a range of consulting services to organisations from the U.S.A., Japan and the Asia Pacific Rim. In litigation matters he has appeared successfully (without counsel) on many occasions. He has also completed the Mediation Skills Training Certificate at QUT. He was a Senior Partner in a large legal firm in Brisbane before setting up practice in Brisbane in 1980 and then moving to the Gold Coast. Now retired, he still assists the Practice as a Consultant with complex litigation matters as required.

SHARON YU - Solicitor
Sharon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2017. Brought up in multicultural Malaysia and Adelaide, the city of Churches, Sharon took the opportunity to move to Queensland in 2015 and has loved living in the sunny state ever since.
Sharon is proficient in communicating in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese and Foochow.
Sharon has experience assisting clients in a variety of matters including, but not limited to, corporate and commercial law, property law, family law, criminal law, wills and estate, litigation and dispute, employment law, licence applications and immigration law.
Recently, Sharon has assisted clients in the following areas:
- Corporate & commercial law: commercial leasing matters, acquisition and sale (including franchise purchase and sale), preparation of mortgage agreements, advice on loans, drafting online business terms and conditions, privacy policy and refund policy.
